Launched in February 2011, Adora Green, comprising 806 units, was the first Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) to be launched in Yishun. Adora Green was a 16-storey flat with two levels of integrated multi-storey car park, precinct pavilion and commercial facilities which served as a common space for the residents. The project achieved a high CONQUAS score of 82.1 points. Adora Green also won the HDB award in March 2010.
